The price really wasn't justified. The bed smelled bad, the TV wouldn't work, and there was no geyser in the bathroom. A very disappointing stay.

They charge more than the lower room rates shown online. The rooms aren't very clean, and there's no hot water. It seems like a room meant only for couples, or for people who come once in a while.

I got to the hotel at 12:30 at night and the receptionist was rude and argued with me instead of helping. I had no other option in the middle of the night. My third-floor room was unhygienic, there was no hot water, and the TV didn't work. When I needed the AC remote, he wouldn't answer the call, so I had to go down three floors to ask for it. There was no proper service for urgent needs. I would never recommend this hotel.

At 10 at night, we had no choice but to pay 500 cash on top of the booking we'd already paid for. They refused to honor it, saying the price was too cheap for them. Calling Oyo and waiting 15 minutes got us no support either. It felt like blackmail.
