The location is convenient, and the compact rooms match what guest reviews say about this economy hotel. Still, after three nights at Ibis Pune Viman Nagar, I was disappointed overall. The rooms felt far too small for a family, and the online booking system wouldn't let me add children, so I had to book by phone. I told the team during that call that we'd leave around midnight on the last day and wouldn't need breakfast the following morning. They said it could be removed and adjusted when I arrived. But at check-in, the receptionist said removing breakfast would mean recalculating the entire stay at the current room rates, which had gone up since I booked. So I ended up keeping breakfast and paying about ₹600-₹700 extra for a meal I never used. Guests shouldn't be penalized for asking to change a service that had already been discussed and agreed at booking. The lack of flexibility and clear information left a poor impression. I hope management reviews the booking and billing process to improve the experience.
