The team at Sadanand Regency made the stay feel welcoming. Shivani Sharma was warm and helpful, and took care to keep things running smoothly. Manish Dhamni and Balchandra Pawar from housekeeping also deserve a mention, the room stayed spotless and neatly arranged. It was a lovely stay overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The rooms had the essentials for a comfortable visit and were clean and kept in good condition. Staff were polite and accommodating, and check-in went smoothly. My recent stay at Hotel Sadanand Regency was pleasant and comfortable.
We paid the full amount in advance for a wedding, but they didn't deliver what they had promised or cooperate with anyone. This felt like a complete scam. The main people involved were their executives, Mr. Karan and Mr. Vikram. Even with the owner there, he didn't bother stepping in. Don't plan your wedding here.
I was staying here as a wedding guest during a trip to Pune. The door wouldn't lock, and the AC wasn't working. Reception offered no service, and they charge for everything despite providing extremely poor service. They had plenty of explanations for what went wrong, but apparently hadn't noticed these issues before taking bookings.
Karan made a big difference during our family wedding stay at Sadanand Regency, Balewadi. He patiently coordinated the rooms, early check-ins, and banquet arrangements, checked on us several times, and handled even last-minute requests professionally. The event ran smoothly, and our relatives noticed how organized the staff were. The hall was set up just right and its sound system worked without trouble. We spent three days there, with several meals at the restaurant. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were reliably tasty, served promptly, and guests liked the range and freshness of the dishes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and practical for families juggling luggage and wedding outfits. Beds were comfortable, washrooms spotless, and housekeeping kept up consistently each day. The property was well maintained and the whole group felt comfortable. Check-in and the rest of the stay were handled smoothly and professionally. For our family function, it turned out to be a great fit, with good rooms, organized banquet facilities, dependable food, and excellent service. We were very satisfied and would confidently recommend it for weddings, family gatherings, or a comfortable stay in Balewadi.
