OYO 26191 Seema Residency

I met a friend here one morning while she was staying at Seema for a business meeting. She said the staff were completely irresponsible, and I found them unhelpful too. The reception staff were especially arrogant early in the morning. Management should seriously consider replacing the team.

The service was quick and courteous, and I had no complaints. We booked a Super Saver room, which was tiny but clean, with a hygienic bathroom. I’d come back and try a Blogger room next time.

I checked in late, and the staff stayed polite and didn’t seem irritated. Service was on time, and the place itself is nice. The spring bed did leave me with a bad backache, though.

We were left standing at reception with our families and children at 3 a.m. for 45 minutes while they completed formalities. They wouldn’t honor our request for an extra room, so we had to sleep in the TT and nearby areas. That felt like torture, not hospitality, especially when hotels earn their living from guests. The rooms were tiny, like matchboxes, and in very bad condition. Service and cooperation were terrible throughout. I wouldn’t consider this place worth a family stay, and I’d tell families to avoid booking through OYO and look elsewhere.
