The owner gave me a good discount, and I loved the service. HotelMK residency is budget friendly, with renovated AC rooms, and works for corporate or family stays. It's in viman Nagar, very close to phoenix mall.

The room was filthy, and everything felt dark and smelled bad, including the washroom. Rusty taps, paint peeling off the walls, and a hole in the ceiling by the fan made it feel more like a lodge than a hotel. Absolutely overpriced. I wouldn't recommend it.

I booked the room for my driver, but the manager Feroz demanded extra Money beyond what I had booked it for and was very rude. The other staff member, Amol, was courteous and good. The place itself was extremely dirty and dinghy, and the area and room both stank. I'm shocked this property is listed on OYO and Agoda. It isn't fit to stay in.

I recently stayed at MK Residency, 10 Rooms, near phonix Mall. The staff were nice, and the rooms were neat and clean. I highly suggest staying here.

There were cockroach nymphs in the room, and I had to kill a bunch of them 🤣. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the toilet pot leaked, and its seat was broken. The sheets and covers weren't properly clean, and they charge separately for water instead of providing it free. The AC works, at least. Please don't waste your money here!
