OYO Flagship 18914 Hotel Rajdhani

We stayed here with family from 15 to 16 Dec 2025, and what was shown online didn't match what we found. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, and when we asked for warm water for the kids, cockroaches came out of the kettle. After we told the manager, they said the kitchen staff were new. The service was pathetic. I wouldn't stay here again; it felt like a total scam.

The room felt neglected: cockroaches and rats were around, water leaked from the ceiling, and the curtains had holes. It was hard to relax or sleep. We also left some essential items in the washroom, then called to get them back, but the hotel said nothing had been left. That came across as dishonest and unprofessional. The cleanliness, upkeep, and basic hospitality were shocking. Worst hotel stay I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was wet and full of cockroaches when we arrived; there was hair on a pillow and the sheets were creased. No soap was supplied, and the handwash bottles were nearly empty. Several ceiling lights didn't work, the bedside light was broken, and the fan only ran properly at speeds 1 and 5. The AC and TV remote were dead too. They wouldn't give us a battery for the remote because it was after 8 p.m. and, they said, the shops were closed. I waited all night for a water bottle, and after my third call about problems they stopped responding. The bathroom was just as bad: the jet spray was broken and on the floor, and the shower barely had any water coming through. I asked to move rooms, but they refused because we had only four hours left, even though we needed to get ready for an important event. Staff were rude, wouldn't help with our luggage, and reception didn't answer or listen to requests. Room service was almost two hours late. The receptionist also refused payment through the app, which cost us an extra 500 rupees paid directly to the hotel through her personal UPI. I hated the stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The check-in wasn't smooth because they asked for extra charges. After contacting OYO customer care, we had to transfer to another hotel.
