The room walls looked dirty, though otherwise the room was clean. The washroom had a drainage problem, the phone to reception didn’t work, and I had AC trouble. There was no water at night, and supply only came back at 6am. There wasn’t even a regular water option. It was a poor experience, and for the amenities and service I’d say it was worth only rupee 1000, no more. The property could be good if it were maintained and the service improved.

The staff were arrogant and rude, and I had a very bad experience. Don’t book online, since they may refuse the booking and then ask for extra money. Everyone should be careful. This is a third class hotel.

They had overbooked, apparently giving rooms to guests with higher price points, and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us ahead of time so we could find somewhere else. The receptionist blamed aggregator apps such as Agoda and Oyo, saying he didn’t know how our booking for five rooms had happened. It seems they approve bookings across multiple aggregators and then choose whoever pays more. I doubt that sort of business can survive if customers aren’t treated well. Here, you feel customers are at the hotel’s mercy, never king. We’d booked five rooms 1.5 months in advance, and the reservations had been confirmed and approved. When we arrived, the person at reception said every room was already booked. It was a horrible experience. I had no choice but to give one star, though they don’t deserve any. The hotel was filthy and badly maintained too. Never visit, and avoid it at all costs.

I don’t think this place exists. The location felt shady, and when we arrived and called the number Agoda listed for the property, nobody answered. I’m posting a video of the place they gave us as the address: it’s just an open plot opposite Patil Residency.
