The service was quick and satisfactory, and the people were friendly and helpful. The hotel in hadapsar is average overall: the TV, AC and beds were good, but the washrooms were disappointing. The tiles and shower were broken, and running hot water wasn’t available. They did give us two buckets of hot water.
The gentleman at the counter was especially approachable and well mannered. The staff were respectful and prompt whenever I made a request, and my room was very clean and well maintained. A very good experience. I hope to stay again next time.
This was my second stay here, and I’d come back again. The staff behaved well, seemed trustworthy, and room service was great. The rooms were very good and comfortable for a couple, with no disturbance. Most TV channels weren’t available, but that didn’t matter to me.
There are lots of shops nearby for necessities, and the building has a lift for getting around. The rooms were big, but there was no soap, handwash or other toiletries.
Thanks for the excellent service, OYO! I travelled from Bangalore to Pune only to be turned away from two hotels. One was shut for renovation, and the other hadn’t been associated with OYO for five months. I spent seven hours on the road dealing with multiple refunds. #OYOSucks #CustomerIsABeggar
