The stay itself was good, with excellent rooms, cleanliness, comfort, and ambience during my business visit to Pune. Checkout, however, was disappointing and delayed me for a scheduled meeting. It took almost 30 extra minutes after the front desk executive made two serious errors. For my food bill of about ₹1,300, he entered ₹34,000 on the card machine. I caught it before entering my PIN, but using a corporate card could have caused a major problem. He also charged me for a minibar pistachio item I hadn’t used. I’d checked before leaving and both bottles were sealed. When I denied using it, he checked again and corrected the bill. I appreciate the property and hospitality, but billing needs better attention and verification, especially for business travellers.

The food was amazing, and Chef Khushi surprised us each day with healthy juices and sweet, welcoming conversations. Kartik and Neha from housekeeping were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which really added to our stay. The whole team made us feel comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. Thank you for making it memorable. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Kartik and Nihar handled every request promptly, and their friendly, professional manner made the stay more comfortable. The room was always spotless, hygienic, and well organized, with fresh linen and towels and the amenities in place. Their attention to detail and dedication kept the room at a high standard throughout. Their housekeeping reflected the premium hospitality standards of Radisson Blu.
