Tattva Suites

We chose this property because it was near our relatives in Pune, but I regret the decision. The place looks attractive from outside, and the staff were courteous and seemed well-intentioned. That didn’t make up for the problems during our stay. We had booked the Presidential Suite and the suite below it well in advance, and shared that we’d be travelling with a pregnant woman, two infants, and two seniors aged 70 and 77. We also told the hotel we’d arrive by noon. We got there around 4:00 PM and were told our suite would be ready in “five minutes.” It took almost 40 minutes before we could get into the room. The suite wasn’t clean. There were marks on the bedsheets, stains and grime in the bathroom, and heavy scale on the showerhead. The curtains smelled bad, were unclean, and were partly hanging off their hooks. Staff shortages or other operational problems may happen, but basic hygiene shouldn’t be affected. Then, after a long day, we returned around 12:30 AM and found there was no water in the bathroom. We kept being told it would be fixed in five minutes, then that arrangements were being made and it would be restored shortly. At 1:15 AM, after 45 minutes, there was still no water. Cleanliness and running water are basic needs, and this stay fell well below an acceptable standard. I wouldn’t recommend the property to family, friends, or colleagues travelling to Pune.

The staff were the best part of this stay. They were very polite, helpful, and professional, and the food was surprisingly good. The location is good too. The interiors were decent, but cleanliness was a real problem. The bathroom tiles, bucket, and mug were dirty. The sofa, sheets, and covers had visible stains, and there was a strange smell in the bedroom. The geyser also wasn’t working, so there was no hot water in Pune’s early morning 13-degree weather. I’d rate the stay 2.5/5. The property has potential, but cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of work.

The food was a highlight, especially breakfast, which had a good range of fresh options each day. Tattva Suites is also convenient for nearby business hubs and restaurants. Our room was spacious, with comfortable bedding, a work-friendly setup, and the essential amenities. The property is modern, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Staff were attentive and polite, check-in and check-out went smoothly, and requests were handled quickly. Comfort, cleanliness, and service all came together well here. I’d recommend it for business or leisure.

The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and a neat, hygienic washroom. Basic amenities were provided as promised, and everything was properly sanitized. It also felt safe and secure, which matters a lot when you’re travelling with family. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming, polite, and ready to help. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and we had a wonderful stay.
