The manager brushed me off rudely when I raised problems, and the staff were indifferent and unhelpful from arrival to departure. The room smelled foul, had dirty floors and stained sheets, and the AC barely worked. The online photos give a completely misleading picture of how bad it actually is. Housekeeping never came despite my asking several times. The AC and Wi-Fi, along with other basic amenities, didn't work properly. For what they charge, this place is a rip-off. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a terrible experience. There are better nearby options that seem to care about guests.

The stay was stressful and uncomfortable because the service fell well short of expectations. Staff were rude and unprofessional, showed no respect, and weren't helpful. Basic services were poorly handled, and requests were ignored or dealt with carelessly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects decent service and courteous staff.

The location is good, and the rooms are clean with good bathrooms. Still, maintenance in the rooms isn't handled properly, and breakfast isn't included.

We spent two days there with the whole family and came away very disappointed. The rooms hadn't been cleaned. When we pointed everything out, the staff member claimed they'd already cleaned them. There was an electric kettle in the room for hot water, but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There was no hot water for bathing either. They said they relied on solar heating but had no heater, so I guess they don't get bookings in the monsoon. When we asked for bath water, they clearly told us to use the kettle. I really don't understand this kind of hospitality or service. Very poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
