I had to stay because my trip schedule didn't leave time to move to another hotel. I've always been impressed by this place, but Vaibhav Rathod and another staff member ruined the trip. Everyone else was kind, especially the reservation staff, Pooja and her colleague. After I checked in, Vaibhav Rathod, who called himself the hotel manager, argued with me for over an hour and didn't give me the room I'd booked. He and the worker who brings bottles and other things to rooms were extremely disrespectful. I felt they were personally and deliberately watching me and my room to spoil my trip. They treated me that way especially because I'm a woman and didn't have an older man with me. They seemed scared after eavesdropping while we talked about complaining about them, and were nice to me for about a minute afterward. I recommend the owners fire people like Vaibhav Rathod.

The workers were good and spoke politely to guests. The room interior design was nice, and I thought the hotel was excellent.

I was there from August 16th to 20th, and the location was excellent. The staff were cooperative and very good, which made the stay more pleasant. My room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the beautiful restaurant served high-quality food. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it.

The service was nice, and the workers treated us politely. The hotel is good, and the room interior is excellent.
