I paid 3500/night and found the rooms really dirty. There were lots of mosquitoes, and they didn’t provide repellent. Service was awful, the manager was always drunk, and people behaved very badly. Check out was at 6am. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The location is good, with the fish market and beach about 5 minutes away. All communication is available nearby.
