The location was fake, and there was no hotel there. Don’t book online and waste your money like I did on a ticket through the ixigo platform. 🥺🥺

Finding a room was difficult, and the room service was extremely bad. There was no proper hot water system, and the hygiene was poor, with garbage in front of the hotel that made it feel suffocating. We stayed in room 104 at sheketra hotel. There is no goroomgo hotel here, only sheketra hotel. Coming here really changed my mood for the worse.

I lost 500 rupee after booking in advance through grromgo ray home stay. When we arrived, they didn’t provide accommodation, and the groomgo staff spoke very rudely when I complained. I found it fraudulent and wouldn’t recommend booking through them. Today, 1 feb24, I was cheated by this company. I’ll complain on the grahak seva site so that no one else has to face trouble from this company.

I couldn’t find the location, even after spending more than two hours looking. The local auto driver couldn’t find it either.
