The rooms were okay, and the service boys behaved well. The manager, though, was very rude and spoke to customers as if we were staying for free. We didn't get any discount, either. The hotel is far from the beach but still charges a high tariff, even with many rooms empty. Similar hotels have more budget-friendly rates.

The staff were polite and behaved really well, and both the room and food were awesome. I felt the five-star reviews could be trusted, and anyone can come here to enjoy a trip to Puri.

The hotel was very clean, and the food was nice and suited what we needed. Staff were gentle and prompt with service. Mr Roy handled everything capably and kept a cool head. Thanks for the cooperation, it was a nice place to stay.

There isn't much chance of getting breakfast here, since the attached restaurant opens at 10 am. The hotel is also away from the sea beach. In the room, the window curtain wasn't clean, though the room itself was good. The lift and air conditioner worked, and there was an electric kettle too.

The restaurant food was very good, and both the staff and Manager Mr Roy were cordial and sincere. For tourists in Puri, this is one of the best hotels if you're looking for a moderate budget.
