The Postcard Hideaway Netravali Goa

We spent hours swimming and enjoying the spa, and Lucy deserves a special mention for being a friendly, excellent masseuse. There are monkeys and birds everywhere, and we could see them without even leaving our room. The team welcomed us at 5am after a long evening of flights and transfers with a drink, a little introduction to the resort, and access to our room right away. I was so grateful. They also arranged airport transport smoothly, with a small picnic basket for the 1 1/2h ride back. The resort is well maintained and easy to get around despite sitting in 20 acres of wildlife sanctuary. Walking with the pram was difficult, but buggy's were available to take us wherever we wanted. You can also walk under the tree canopy. They decorated our room and made an anniversary cake, and took such thoughtful care of our 18 month old. The chef made him tasty, nutritious meals, including things not on the menu, and he was given handmade little gifts he's still playing with. He felt loved and welcome the whole time, which doesn't always happen at five star hotels. We had such a wonderful time at The Postcard Hideaway. I felt a bit choked up leaving. We'll treasure this holiday forever.

Deepak, the resort manager, paid attention to the little things and made our two days comfortable. The restaurant staff were fantastic, both warm and attentive. Shezaan, Aryan and Jayant were especially helpful. I'd happily recommend this place to friends wanting some quiet, luxurious time in nature and a chance to unwind.

This was my first stay with Postcard Hotels, and the booking team noticed my Platinum status, upgraded our room, and included complimentary laundry. Deepak George personally looked after us, while the chef made every meal a memorable culinary experience, with flavours that stayed with us afterwards. We booked our Amex Experience to celebrate a birthday, and the team made a real effort to make the day special. The room upgrade, a lovely waterfall visit, and a delicious cake all added to the celebration. Everyone was warm, welcoming and attentive, and we felt thoroughly pampered. A really delightful stay.

The care we got at postcard has made us permanent admirers, and we'll look for their properties when planning future trips. We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially after a bad experience in edinburgh this may, where our fancy-looking apartment wasn't clean and the owner was rude and unhelpful. Netravalli postcard wiped those memories away. Postcard netravalli is brilliantly maintained, and Mr deepak messaged us several times before we arrived. They offered delicious cocktails as welcome drinks, and have anytime check in and anytime check out. Yashika was warm and welcoming. Our room felt excellent, warm and luxurious, surrounded by lush greenery. The glass walls made it feel completely green. The toiletries were top quality, the tea exquisite, and the complimentary snacks delicious. We ordered snacks by the pool, and they looked like works of art. Chef rahul is truly a gourmet chef. With their anytime breakfast policy, we had a hot breakfast at 2 pm the next day. Aryan and Jayanth at the restaurant were super efficient. Krishna Gaurish and Deepa worked very hard.
