We’re regular customers and booked through Agoda, so this time at Club Paraiso was a real letdown. Even with a confirmed reservation, we waited a long time for a room, then got an old, poorly kept one with cigarette burns on the sofas. We asked to change rooms and requested the Royal Suite, but after wasting more of our time they gave us a normal suite and charged ₹1000 + taxes extra. Housekeeping ignored our requests. At checkout, Arvind, the manager, kept calling and pressuring us to leave while we were still eating breakfast. He also spoke disrespectfully and told us not to book there again. His rude, unprofessional behavior was shocking as a regular guest. The hospitality and management were extremely poor.

Club Paraiso Raipur has a pleasing pool area, and the restaurant food was decent. The bar had a good selection, though it was expensive. We had about 40 rooms booked across different categories, and the range of rooms works well for groups, events, or conferences. The location was easy to reach, with plenty of parking. The hotel is part of the well-known Avinash Group and is attached to an elite villa society, so the surroundings have a calm, premium residential feel while still being well connected. Renovation was underway in some parts, which affected the experience a little, though it suggests upgrades are in progress. Service could use work. There weren't many staff, they weren't well groomed, and we had billing issues that needed follow-ups and could have been handled more professionally. Still, given the economical rates, location, parking, and facilities, it offers decent value for large groups and longer stays, with room to improve its service and operations.
I went to a marriage ceremony here. The open lawns can hold 100 to 300 guests, and there’s a nice pool with a bar nearby. It’s a cosy hotel tucked into a corner, with plenty of greenery around. The food seemed to be prepared about 50 m away, so it was getting cold by the time it reached us, especially the rotis. I would’ve liked to see a live tandoor, which is common but wasn’t there. The waiters also seemed to move around without much direction or supervision. Still, all in all, it was a good experience.
The guests were pleased with the food, which had an extra touch of flavor. My daughter’s marriage was held here, and everything went very nicely. The staff, especially the manager bouquet, cooperated beyond what was needed, and the program ended with us fully satisfied that day.
The food tasted good, and room service was great. My room was well equipped with amenities. I did notice some maintenance was needed, but I still had a good stay overall.
