Hotel Celebration - Raipur

The food was so good, and the prices were fair. Breakfast even had chicken fry. My room was comfortable, and the TV had all the important channels. The hotel was packed, but Manager Heera still let me check out at 2:30 pm because I was leading a session in their conference room at 3. Abhay was lovely and helpful too. When I’m in Raipur, I’ll stay here again as long as my workplace is nearby.

I found Hotel Celebration handy for getting around Raipur, with markets, transport and popular landmarks nearby. The parking was decent and felt secure, and check-in and check-out were smooth, with the front desk handling things professionally. The restaurant served tasty, freshly made food, with Indian and Chinese options and a satisfying breakfast. Staff were attentive and polite, and helped with room service and special requests. The lobby was clean and welcoming. My room was spacious, neatly furnished and had air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, clean linen and a hygienic bathroom. Housekeeping was prompt during the stay. It’s a luxury hotel, and the cleanliness, service and comfort made it good value. It seems suitable for families and business travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean and kept in good shape, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping came regularly and did a good job with hygiene. Staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and service were smooth. The welcoming atmosphere made it feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

My friend, SONU SINGH, booked the hotel for me and has a membership card. At check-in, the reception staff behaved so badly I can hardly explain it. They also refused to arrange an airport drop, even though I was willing to pay. I called the manager, and after we argued for 30 minutes or more, and I said I’d email the details and post a Google review, he agreed to arrange it. The reception staff came across as unprofessional, unethical, and unconcerned about guests. This kind of service damages the owner's goodwill. If members are treated this way, I can only imagine how regular customers are treated. Please check the CCTV, it should make things clear. My stay was in room 206 from 10/11/25 to 12/11/25.
