The room had cockroaches and spiders, and none of the TV, AC or Wi-Fi worked. Staff kept ringing the doorbell and disturbing me. They also charged extra for what I thought were silly reasons, like stains on the bedsheet. They advertise low prices on OYO to attract customers, but when you arrive to check in, they ask for more money and want you to cancel the online booking. Very poor service. Booking here would just leave you with a bad experience.

The staff were very rude, and this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in Raipur. I believe the hotel is a fraud. I don’t recommend booking through Oyo based on its high ratings, because customers are pressured into giving high scores.

The food was tasteless, the place was very unhygienic, and the owner's behavior was awful. It was the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a bitter taste and bad behavior, visit and pay 2000 for the room. Then write the same review as me!

They wouldn’t let me check in after I booked through OYO using coupons for a fair price. Instead, they asked for more than double the booked amount. The hotel experience and the way guests are treated are the worst. This feels like a scam. Stay away from this hotel.

This is one of the worst hotels in Raipur. The staff are really rude, and I think the place is a total fraud. Don’t go there.
