The worst part of the hotel was the old man on staff. He was rude and answered recklessly. I've rarely seen such bad staff. Please don't encourage this kind of behavior at your hotel.

The location makes it easy to reach attractions and public transport, and the staff made check-in and checkout smooth and friendly. My room was clean and well maintained, with modern amenities including free Wi-Fi and AC. Good value for the money, and I'd recommend it.

I booked a suite, but the tables were dusty, the remote didn't work, the blankets smelled, and there was no hot water. Staff were really rude, too. It cost far too much for a place with zero maintenance and such poor room service.

For 2600 a night, there are much better hotels elsewhere. We ended up here because we thought it was the only decent option, but the rooms needed cleaning and reeked of alcohol and smoke. Bachelors come here to drink and have fun, and the floor mats were covered in fungus. Parking is poor, with space for just two cars, and it's always full.

They still issue handwritten bills instead of system-generated ones, even in this day and age.
