The bed felt like sleeping straight on the floor, and the room had too many insects. The AC barely worked, and some rooms don't have one at all. The windows didn't shut properly either. Worst place to stay.

Service wasn't good, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The bedsheet in my room was really dirty too.

There’s no lift, which is a big drawback even though the rooms have the usual facilities. My room had a clean washroom with a geyser, and the room itself was clean, with AC, TV, and a blanket. But the lights and fan went out and wouldn’t come back on, and the fuse was sparking.

The managers and waiters were friendly and polite, and the food was tasty. Our group of 7 stayed for 4 nights, and everything was comfortable and clean, with lovely interiors. The towels and other things were all working, and we had no problems with water or anything else. Many thanks to the master for a wonderful time at Satyam INN. Absolutely recommend it.
