Hotel Supreme A.C

The washrooms smelled and the place felt very unhygienic. Service was extremely poor, and when we needed help there was no helpful staff around. My biggest issue is with Make My Trip. They show attractive pictures and false reviews, then seem not to care once the booking is done. The real place is very different from what they advertise.

The only good part was the concierge desk. Those staff were helpful and gave us guidance about food and visiting the temple. Everything else made this a stay to avoid. The building is old and worn out, with rooms crammed in and hardly any bathroom space. Even standing in the bathroom was difficult. There was no service to take luggage to the room, and no water was provided. Our room was very dirty, as if it had been cleaned long before we arrived. Mosquitoes, cockroaches, and bed bugs were everywhere; the bed bugs kept us from sleeping, and the mattress was uncomfortable too. The furniture was worn: the table wobbled, the closets wouldn’t shut, and the curtains were barely there. The AC remote didn’t work, so although the AC ran, we had to switch it off at the wall socket. Our driver also said his place was very dirty. When he asked for water to clean the car, it was first refused, then he was charged Rs. 100 for it. Stay away.

The power was cut at night, and it felt deliberate. We complained several times, but nobody listened or did anything. The staff acted carelessly and unprofessionally, as though guests didn’t matter. Hotel Supreme was an absolutely horrible experience, and I’d never recommend it.

The rooms are good and kept in nice condition. Please make sure there’s hot water around the clock when guests are in their rooms.
