The view was amazing, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed the food too. The rooms are a bit small, but the people and the view make up for that. Facilities could be better. We had a nice stay overall.

The riverfront view was peaceful, and our room was clean and hygienic. The hotel is near ramghat, with easy access to ganga arti. Staff were helpful and polite, and the manager was good and helpful. The restaurant service was very good, and the food was very good too. Great stay at hotel ramghat inn, highly recommend.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. There was no parking, so staff directed vehicles onto the footpath, where traffic police issued a challan. I was a victim of this and paid Rs 500/-. Complaining to the hotel got me nowhere. Basic things were missing or broken: no bathroom water supply, no blanket in the room, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. Even after I complained, nothing was done.

The location is awesome, but the hotel needs maintenance. The fan made noise continuously all night, the A/C didn’t work properly, and the rooms were too small. You can’t find an auto from the hotel.

The river view from the room was clean, and the hotel is close to Ganga Aarti and the river. Service was good, the food was good, and the stay was comfortable. hotel ramghatinn has very friendly staff, and Mr. Shreyansh was a helpful manager. 👌
