B&B Hotel by OYO Rooms

This place isn't suitable for families. The non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke, the parking area was like a dump yard, and there were no toiletries. The food they served was two days old, and the service people admitted it. The AC in the room didn't work, and there was mould in both the rooms and bathrooms. These are the original photos for reference. I'd suggest food inspectors make a surprise visit to see how guests are being served stale food.

The room was clean and neat, the staff were cooperative, and breakfast was nice. I had a good experience. Thanks, Treebo, after such a long time. You're the best.

I stayed at Treebo B&B Hotel, Ranchi from 27-30 July, and the hygiene and food safety problems were serious. We had booked the hotel and breakfast in advance, so I continued despite them. There was a persistent foul smell from the bathroom throughout the stay. The food was troubling too: on the first day's breakfast, we found a hair in the dal; on the second night, a hair in the roti we ordered for dinner; and on the third morning, a dead insect in the idli. Cockroaches and other insects were also in the room. We reported these issues, but there was no manager available, no proper follow-up, and no resolution offered. These problems raise real concerns about guest safety and hygiene standards. I'm attaching photos for reference. Please investigate this feedback and make sure it doesn't happen to future guests.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and staff kept everything very hygienic. Service was superb and on time. I even went past checkout time, but they handled that smoothly. I'd definitely recommend the place to anyone visiting Ranchi.
