The convenient location makes it easy to get to key parts of the city, and the hotel has useful facilities like a fitness center, conference halls, and room service. Its restaurant serves local and international dishes, with impressive food, presentation, and service. Breakfast has plenty of choices for different tastes. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bedding is cozy, the interiors are thoughtfully designed, and housekeeping is prompt. Large windows give a pleasant city view. Staff in the lobby were warm and professional, making arrival smooth, and the modern yet relaxing atmosphere suits both business and leisure travelers. For a family trip, business visit, or training, I’d consider it a fine option in Ranchi. The comfort, service, and location make this one of the city’s best hotels.

Amitesh from Housekeeping kept everything in great shape, and the Front Lobby staff were warm and professional. The hotel even provided a complimentary bon voyage cake, which was a lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant throughout, and the pool was excellent. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Ranchi.

The junior suite was a decent size, though it’s really one room with a small couch and desk area, not a separate living room. It had a nice bathroom and a wide city-view window facing the bed. Food was decent, the service was decent too, and breakfast had a pretty good spread. This is a relatively new Courtyard by Marriott property with the usual boutique Courtyard feel. It’s connected to a mini-mall with a few shops, KFC, and Pizza Hut. The front desk didn’t seem fully familiar with elite member benefits, but agreed once informed. Overall, a decent stay in Ranchi.

Stayed for 2 days and felt comfortable the whole time. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are kind and helpful, and service is quick. Food is quite good, especially the superb breakfast spread. It felt safe for women travelers. Highly recommended!
