The food quality was definitely good, and both the service and decoration were top notch. The pool could be cleaned more often since wind blows debris into it.

There’s a pool and a resto bar available, and the rooms are good. Food is fantastic and the service is too good. Construction work is going on nearby, but overall it’s worth the money. What else do you need?

The drinks were far too sweet, like syrup mixed with water, and the three mocktails we ordered came in plastic cups. I didn't enjoy the food either, it was completely tasteless. Nearly every dish we asked for was unavailable or would take an hour, so in the end we ordered the items they suggested. The whole experience wasn't worth it.

I came expecting very little from this hotel, but I was wrong. I stayed two nights and paid Rs. 5000 for the room and Rs. 1770 for food, so my view is based on those prices. There's no reason to judge it by the standards of hotels charging Rs. 20000/- per night. The staff were welcoming and supportive throughout, from the guard and receptionist to room service and restaurant staff. I have no complaints about anyone. The restaurant food was good, and they could bring it hot and fresh to my room. For breakfast I went to the rooftop restaurant on the 3rd floor. It's small, seating about 15-20 people, with a view of the local area through a wide window. There was bright sunlight, plus lights, AC and fans. Breakfast was a buffet with 6-8 items, including fruit, juice, bread and butter, salad, poha, puri-sabji, fresh sprouts, idly and vada. They could also make an omelette on request, and there was toast, tea and coffee. A staff member was there to help. It was simple, fresh, hygienic and tasty, and I was happy with it. The rooftop also has a small swimming pool on the terrace and seating, so you can have a poolside party in the open air. My room was on the 2nd floor, moderately sized and sufficiently comfortable. It had a queen bed with a good mattress, though the pillows were thin. The standard wide window had aluminium-frame glass panels and blinds instead of curtains. The blinds might not suit people who need very high privacy, but they were fine for me. I suggest replacing them with proper curtains. There was a clean attached washroom with a geyser and shower, towels, a shaving razor, a comb, shower gel, hair gel and face gel. The jetspray leaked, so I turned off the main knob when it wasn't in use. The washroom had a small opaque glass window and an exhaust fan, and they provided two pairs of bathroom slippers. There was also a cupboard with 5-6 hangers and an extra blanket, a good-sized mirror, AC, fan and plenty of lights. The TV was a standard LED with free channels, not a smart TV. Sliding glass panels enclosed the balcony, which I used to sunbathe in the morning, and I liked that. There were two chairs and a small dining table, but the table only worked for one person. A foldable table could save space and serve two people. The room door had the rules and important numbers, along with a LAN-operated telephone. The hotel is on the main road near Hatia market complex, in an area that isn't very crowded. It's about 8-9 kms from the airport, and autos or cabs take around 20-30 minutes. Hatia railway station might be 6-7 Kms away, but I arrived by air, so I can't say much about the route from the station. There's a sufficiently large parking lot out front, which makes sense since it's also a banquet venue and there's often a party going on. I didn't look around those areas of the hotel. The main things I liked were the staff, service, food and location. The rooms aren't very soundproof, and corridor noise bothered me more than road noise. The furniture arrangement could be improved, too, and I think the blinds should be replaced with curtains. Would I recommend it? SURE. Would I stay again if I'm in Ranchi? SURE. Thank you.
