Hotel Sangam Regency

We spent 5 days here with family and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and hygienic, and both room service and housekeeping were available. Staff were polite and humble, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every day. It's an easy walk from Ratnagiri Railway station.

The food was very good, and the rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Parking was available, a big plus. It's next to the railway station, and a brilliant option if you want to be in the middle of the city. There was so much construction all around, though, which is why I took off a star.

It's about a 5 min walk from Ratnagiri railway station. The rooms are large and spacious, with hot water and all amenities.

At our baby shower at Sangam Regency banquet, guests were very uncomfortable in the heat because the AC had a serious problem. Instead of concentrating on fixing it, the manager blamed the photographer's lights without properly checking. The photographer was using standard event lighting, 1000W + 1000W, but the manager kept telling the client that this was why the AC wasn't working. He argued with the photographer, which made the atmosphere worse during an important family function. He even suggested he could have arranged a “better photographer,” a disrespectful and unprofessional remark. A venue should look after guest comfort and address technical problems, rather than shift blame and argue with vendors. Management needs to improve its professionalism, technical understanding, and communication. A very disappointing experience.
