I booked Sai Hotel but was put up in another hotel behind it, which I was told was part of Sai Hotel. The cleaning there was very poor and the conditions unsatisfactory. Staff responsible for cleaning and service behaved poorly and unacceptably. I couldn't raise the issue directly during my stay because they hadn't provided a contact number for feedback. At the main hotel I asked about my CP plan, but was still asked to pay for breakfast, so I declined. I have the bill as proof if needed. I'm very unhappy with the experience, won't stay at Sai Hotel again, and based on this I'd advise others to avoid it too.

Staff were polite, but service efficiency could be better. The rooms were clean and maintained, though amenities were minimal and facilities average. It met the basic expectations for a short stay, and overall the stay was satisfactory.

The food was very tasty, and the place felt peaceful and welcoming. Everything seemed well designed and quiet. If you like quiet luxury, this is the place. Everyone should come here.

I stayed here for more than three weeks and was absolutely happy with the hospitality. The staff are kind and respond quickly when something needs doing, whether it's cleaning or another resource. It's the best place to stay in the Bawal industrial area. Check availability before coming, as the rooms are full most of the time.

The rooms were clean, and the food was good too. Service came quickly and the staff were polite. My stay at Hotel Sai bawal was worth it.
