The wedding food was only average, and the other meals were tasteless. There was even a dead ant in the wedding food. Flies were everywhere, making the food seem unhygienic. The resort itself was extremely dirty and badly maintained, with puppies under the stage. The wedding venue's appearance didn't match the reality at all. This was the worst hotel I have ever seen. We booked most of the rooms for my sister's wedding. The rooms had dirty bathrooms, and in many of them the jet was positioned wrong or the geyser didn't work. Water often ran out. There was no handwash, and the buckets were dirty. The sheets weren't changed even when we asked, and the sheets were yellow with stained blankets. There was no coffee, and they charged for each bottle of water. The reception had no doors, so on a cold, windy day it was freezing to sit there. Often nobody was there, and when someone was, they didn't respond. Staff were negligent and rude. No matter how many instructions or complaints we gave, they wouldn't do even the bare minimum. When we complained and said we'd pay after the work was done, they cut the power and water and withheld food until we paid in full. They didn't listen to us. Book at your own risk, the staff were rude and disrespectful.
