iSTAYS - Loop Road Yercaud

We'd booked and paid before check-in, but the room we were given was ugly and had used things in it. We asked to switch rooms, but the manager at the Loop Road istay yercaud didn't care what we said. He was irresponsible in how he spoke and showed no concern for guests or the property. We were completely upset, felt fooled by istay hotels, and cancelled the room. @istay hotels, take responsibility for room quality and maintenance instead of fooling customers with your photos. You're charging for the stay, not offering it for free.

The one thing I liked was the homely food at an affordable price, especially since there aren't other food options nearby. I'd only recommend this stay for bachelors, not families. The large room wasn't properly maintained, and the blankets weren't washed well. Power supply was completely irregular, with no backup. When there was no power, the Wi-Fi didn't work either. When it did come on, it was very slow, and there was no mobile network. Hot water was available only for morning baths. The regular water was too cold to use at other times. Maintenance and hospitality need improvement.

The rooms were damp and unclean, with a broken bed and a leaking toilet. A stay I'll forget. Avoid at all costs.

The receptionist was rude, and the rooms were in a terrible state, damp and smelly.
