Radisson Salem

Ms. Vanshika (GRE) was especially polite and helpful during my stay. The check-in and coordination went smoothly, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout. The hotel was well kept, with a comfortable room and a pleasant atmosphere. I had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel, and come back.

We only meant to stop for a night on a long drive, but Radisson Salem turned out to be a great place to recharge. It sits right by the highway, so getting there was easy. There was plenty of parking, which also put us at ease about our vehicle. Our booking was upgraded to a Deluxe Room, with lots of space for the family. From the big windows, we could see the highway on one side and some quiet farmland on the other. The pool was clean, well looked after, and refreshing after hours on the road. Kids also have a separate play area where they can safely burn off energy. Dinner at the buffet had a great range of food and was reasonably priced for the quality. We liked the drink selection too. The friendly staff made the stay, especially manager Mr. Prateek Singh, who was proactive and enterprising. His leadership showed in the smooth service and warm welcome. It was a short visit, but the food, facilities, and management made it memorable. We’ll use this as our regular stop on future road trips.

I stayed for six days in Dec 2025 and found the service welcoming from start to finish. The front office team, including Praveen, Vanshika, and Marsom, who was a trainee, kept up with all my requests, from extra water bottles and room issues to feedback and suggestions for local shops. Vanshika also showed me the property, including other room types and the amenities available for future stays. I was sorry to leave when the trip ended. The spa could use some work on the massage room and its ambience, but my 90-minute full-body massage with Diana was top notch and helped me relax. I’d recommend her for a massage. The hotel has clearly listened to its customers, and that level of care stood out. The price felt justified by the quality of service. I’d consider staying here again when I visit Salem and would strongly recommend it. The rooms have outlets that work with most foreign chargers and adapters, including US and EU ones. Business rooms have a Lavazza coffee machine with pods. The location is near Salem town and the five-roads area, yet far enough away to keep traffic noise out of the rooms and make things peaceful.

We enjoyed the buffet dinner, both the food and the service. Our room, number 1002, had a lovely view of the hills around Salem. The room, amenities, service, and decor were all good, and I can’t point to any glaring flaw. Our experiences at Radisson branches around the country have continued to build our trust in the brand. My ratings: decor 5, room 4.5, food 4.5, service 4.5, location 4.5, parking 4.5, maintenance 4, and value for money 4. Overall, 4.44/5. I’d highly recommend it.
