The place is easy to find on the main road, and the staff are friendly. The rooms still look almost new and are very cleanly maintained, even after 10 years. We booked 03 AC Rooms, but none came with an AC remote. It seemed they only had one, which a staff member carried in his pocket. There's no restaurant service.

I stayed for 10 days, and it was a terrible mistake. The AC in the suit room ran like a cooler, and when I complained at the counter, nobody responded. When they move you to another room, you never know what you'll get. No one here takes responsibility.

Don't rely on a soft copy of your ID card, and don't come without your ID card, HSC passing certificate, driving licence, light bill, or any other possible ID. Even with all the documents and payment ready, they'll send you away if the counter staff aren't satisfied.

The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel supplies just 1 bottle of drinking water per day, so we have to buy any more.

We booked an AC room, but the hotel wouldn't give us access to the AC remote. The room service and staff communication were both very bad. krishna inn is next door and is the best.
