I arrived around 9 PM and was welcomed pleasantly by the polite, friendly receptionist. The room boys were helpful and courteous too, so check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, hygienic, well maintained, and had the basic amenities I needed. Breakfast the next morning was a decent buffet with a good range and satisfactory quality. It was a comfortable stay with good service, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a clean, budget-friendly hotel.

We stayed with our 2 year old baby and had a pleasant visit with good service. A few small things: we had to ask for a toothbrush, soap costs extra, and it’s not very close to the main areas. Still, nearly perfect.

I arrived to find that the hotel wouldn’t honor my confirmed, fully prepaid Treebo booking because it was overbooked. They offered no alternate place to stay. Staff said they took walk-ins, and I saw the booking register myself, with rooms assigned at higher prices. I asked them for a letter on hotel letterhead confirming the room was denied due to overbooking. They refused, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. They also said they had emailed Treebo that the hotel was full, but wouldn’t show evidence and called it confidential. Treebo support took nearly an hour to respond. Then I was told no alternate stay was available and the refund would take 7-14 days. Being charged in full and then turned away, with that response, is unacceptable. I’ve filed a Consumer Court complaint. Be very cautious before booking.

I stayed at Treebo Hotel in Trivandrum yesterday. The rooms were spacious and neat, but the pictures they’ve posted shouldn’t be trusted. Breakfast was pathetic, and there’s hardly anything to say about room service because I don’t think they even have it. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay.
