Hotel Divine Regency

I came for a chess tournament and found the place very good. The quality is good too.

The setting is really nice compared with the other hotels in Sangrur, and the staff are experienced and good. The management treated us with respect and gave their best, including the receptionist, who spoke to us nicely. The food here is divine and the hotel itself is very nice.

The checkout timing was an issue for me. I paid 1200/- for a 3 hour stay, checking in at 5/30 am and checking out at 8/30.

The food at last night's banquet hall party was cheap quality and poor, some of the worst I've eaten. They seem to care about grabbing money, while the service and food quality are zero, below zero really. Dhabas are far better than this theif hotel. I'd give it minus zero stars.
