The manager said no other rooms were available, while reeking of alcohol in a dry state. The place itself was dingy, with no toiletries or food and no upside. The room looked vastly different from the photos on its MakeMyTrip profile.

The room and even the bed and blanket smelled bad, and there was dust everywhere. We were charged ₹3,500 because it was a season or weekend, but to me the actual rate should be ₹500 a night. Total waste of money.

I'd choose this hotel only for its location. In the evening, I asked for two buckets of water so my kids, aged 5 and 2, could bathe. Owner Parth Patel refused me outright.

The hotel has a lovely, well-kept garden out front and enough parking for cars. It's within walking distance of Rose garden, with reasonable room rates compared with other places in Saputara. Service was good too.

My wife, our two kids, and I enjoyed the stay. It was peaceful, with spacious rooms and good hospitality from the polite family managing the property. The location is good for major tourist spots, parking is available, and there's WiFi and hot water. The only small drawback was the lack of a restaurant.
