The staff made the stay easy, and the food was tasty and hygienic, with good choices for families. Sunotel Resort is a comfortable spot in Saputara for a quiet break among nature. Our room was spacious and clean, with the basic things we needed, and the peaceful setting and pleasant weather added to the stay. It feels like good value, whether you're visiting as a couple, with family, or in a group.

The balcony view made morning coffee especially nice. The layout is great, and the place stays very quiet. I'd recommend it for the scenery.

I was disappointed by room service. Even basic requests were ignored, and following up by phone got me nowhere because the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. For a hotel of this standard, that service is unacceptable.

I asked reception for a bottle of water and was told, in an inappropriate way, that one had already been given to me. That wasn't true. I want to complain about how the reception staff spoke to me, because this isn't the service I expected.

Parking is available, and the food is good, though it's all vegetarian, with no eggs either. This is the best property in Saputara. Try to book a Lakeview room for the best lake view.
