The hotel is in the middle of the city, but it isn’t maintained well. Hot water wasn’t available, the lift wasn’t working properly, and the room service staff had poor manners. I think they were daily wage workers. The room rate also felt high for such poor service.

The rooms were in bad shape, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I’d booked through Oyo, but when I arrived the reception staff refused to accept the booking, even though the hotel was still listed on the site. I argued with them, and the receptionist told me to call Oyo customer care for a refund. I felt he should have contacted them himself, but he wouldn’t even give me the owner’s number. Since there was no return policy, I didn’t get my money back. The service was bad, yet the Oyo sign was still outside.

Although it’s right in the city centre, the hotel is poorly managed. There was no hot water in the evening, and when the room lost power during the night, they moved me to another room at 11:30 p.m. OYO should remove this hotel from its app.

The management was rude, the place felt unsafe, and it was very dirty. There was no hot water, lots of bed bugs, and the washrooms were awful, yet they charged a lot. They also wouldn’t accept Oyo bookings. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
