After driving all day, we stopped here for the night and were left very disappointed. There was no help with parking, and no hot water in the evening. We were told it’s only available from 0600 to 1100 in the morning. The rooms were dusty, the bathroom was dirty, the bedsheets were torn, and the linen was dusty. The TV didn’t work either. It took nearly 40 minutes to get a cup of coffee, and most of the menu dishes weren’t available. The pizza arrived after almost an hour, with half the promised toppings missing. The staff were polite, and we did sleep comfortably; breakfast was pretty decent. Still, for the tariff charged, this wasn’t worth it. I’m surprised the hotel calls itself three-star. We came with high expectations and left thoroughly disappointed. Better options are available.

I wouldn’t have come if I’d known the actual rate. I called the hotel and the owner gave me one price, but when I arrived, the woman at reception quoted a higher one. When I said I’d been told a lower rate, she said she couldn’t call the person who had quoted it because he was in his village. I also said we wouldn’t have breakfast since we were checking out at 6 AM, but she wouldn’t budge. She even counted my four-year-old son as an extra person. The place is overpriced and not worth it. Avoid it, it isn’t recommended. You can find a better hotel in a better location for less.

The hotel looks and feels good from outside, but the rooms are pretty average. It’s a decent place to stay, and being close to the industrial area is useful if you have work there.

The manager, Mr chandan, and the rest of the staff provided excellent service 👍👍. The food portions are awesome, and the paneer peshawari khurchan was especially delicious.

The staff are very kind, and Kirti sinde in particular has a lovely manner and speaks sweetly. I had a great experience staying here, both for business perouse and holidays.
