I stayed at UMA residency when I came to Satna for my friend's wedding. The room was spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast was decent and delicious despite not having many options, and the staff were all very kind. Apart from one issue at check-in, everything was great. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Satna. The check-in problem seemed to be a connection problem between the hotel and the travel agency, which a customer can’t really know about. One manager pushed me to solve it myself. If he needed me to do something, he should have asked politely. Still, aside from that manager, I can’t deny the service was good, and I really want to come back.

Breakfast has several food options and is very tasty. They’re quick to bring lunch and dinner to the room when you call. The staff are professional and courteous, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The approach road can be narrow, which may make the location a problem sometimes.
