The evening tea with folk songs was a lovely experience, and the property feels peaceful among all the greenery. The outdoor pool was good too. Inside, things are nice, though better upkeep and service would make the stay more appealing. I’d also like to see more local Rajasthan flavors in the meals. Overall, I had a good experience and would visit again.

The food was bland and tasteless, so even though lunch and dinner were included, I’d eat somewhere else. The rooms also need a lot of attention, although the location is good. What really upset me was needing medicine for my wife in an emergency. This so-called “4 star” hotel didn’t have even a basic first aid kit, and charged me for the tablets as well as a service fee to bring them from 5 km away. I’ve seen places charge for tea, coffee, or extra water, but charging for a basic paracetamol tablet crossed a line. A very bad experience.

The team made our stay feel easy and welcoming. They were attentive, professional, and seemed to care about how guests were doing. The place was clean and well looked after, and the meals were delicious, with plenty of variety and authentic flavors. We stayed at Clarks Inn Ranthambore recently, and it was a relaxing, pleasant base for our safari trip. It exceeded our expectations.

The quiet morning was the one good part. We booked a luxe garden view room, but were put in a swimming pool view room instead, and the actual rooms didn’t look like the pictures. Since we chose it as a Ginger brand property, it didn’t feel up to that brand. The towels were torn, there was no head shower, the hand shower had no pressure, and room service was late every time we called.
