The service was awful. Basic things like a toiletry kit, water bottle, and blanket weren’t provided on time, even after waiting. The staff were very rude. I suggest you don’t stay here.

The location is good, and it was decent for our short stop. We arrived at 4:30am, freshened up, and went to Ganesh Temple, then had another train to catch at 2pm. I wouldn’t recommend it for an overnight stay.

The owner and staff were kind and helpful, and they even prepared food for us when we checked in late, at midnight. I stayed at T-24 for two nights with my family, and it was a very good place to stay.

There was no room service for snacks or tea, no room intercom, and water stopped running in the washroom twice. The water tank wasn’t being maintained. The service attitude felt lethargic, and the blanket was dirty and still wasn’t changed after I complained.

The location was good, and the food was a little good, but not delicious. Service was very bad, with rude service staff and poor hospitality. There was a water problem in the room, the tap was in very bad condition, the blanket was torn, and the room smelled. Overall, not a good experience.
