Getting there was the worst part. The road is horrible to drive on, there are dump yards along the corners, and there isn’t a single sign on the main road pointing to the hotel. The washrooms are large, like a master bedroom, but poorly maintained, and shower water runs toward the bedroom. It’s fine for one night of sleep, but don’t expect more. The staff are helpful and the food is good, though there are only 4-5 types. Don’t choose it based on the photos alone.

The food was terrible, overpriced, and unhygienic, and constant noise made it hard to rest. The room was dirty, the sheets stained, and the bathroom smelled bad and felt unhygienic. Housekeeping was unavailable or careless. Staff were rude and unhelpful, ignored requests, and showed no interest in resolving complaints. Promised basic amenities were missing, and the service was extremely poor despite the high tariff. They kept saying no or asking us to wait, without providing anything. This was by far my worst hotel experience. It was a waste of money and time, and I’d advise travelers, especially families, to avoid it. Definitely not recommended.

The staff, apart from the room cleaning, were good and quite supportive. The Bagh villa Resort has a garden and pool, and the rooms were decent. We had a few small issues: there was no water in the bathroom, and the rooms didn’t have electric kettles. They also weren’t cleaned well.

There’s plenty of parking and lots of rooms, but no lifts to the upper floors. The staff were quite helpful, and the food was decent and accommodating. Rooms are nice and basic, with clean, simple bathrooms. The tea and coffee kettle was missing. Overall, a good experience.
