I’m writing for my whole family to back up the earlier review by Dhruv Gupta. Our experience with this property was a nightmare, and other travelers should know what happened. We booked in August 2025 for a December holiday through the Booking app because it offered “no prepayment.” The hotel contacted us directly and pressured us to pay Rs 1 Lakh in advance to secure the rooms. In November, we had a genuine family emergency and cancelled within the “free cancellation” period. It’s now February 2026, and after dozens of calls and emails, the hotel is still holding our money. They went around the booking platform’s policy to collect payment upfront, showed no professional courtesy or humanity during a family crisis, and ignored our follow ups for months. Losing 1 Lakh has caused huge financial loss as well as a lot of emotional stress. It’s heartbreaking to see a business operate this way, and this has been our worst experience with the Indian hospitality industry. Please don’t trust them with your money.

The peaceful atmosphere, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made us feel looked after. The resort has well-kept gardens, a serene pool, and cozy places to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the property was beautifully maintained, with a nice mix of comfort and nature. The staff were polite and always ready to help with a smile. We enjoyed the delicious food and its good variety. We had a truly wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating break with excellent hospitality.

We stayed here in January 2026 on our trip to Ranthambhor and had a really good experience. It’s a beautiful, well maintained property that helps you feel connected to nature. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Priyanka or Humesh at the front desk are excellent if you need assistance, and they’ll make sure you’re comfortable. We had a great time and would highly recommend it ❤️✨

The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, badminton court, and live evening performances by a talented singer. ZANA Forest Resort is the most exceptional hotel we’ve stayed at so far. Our Benjamin and Bradley rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The whole property is beautifully designed, with lush greenery throughout the walkways and gardens.

Traveling with our two toddlers could have been challenging, but the staff at ZANA were warm, polite, and attentive, making the whole trip feel effortless and stress-free. The food was another highlight: every meal was tasty, full of flavor, and well prepared. There was a good variety, and both the adults and children enjoyed it. Our family stay at ZANA, Ranthambore National Park became one of our most memorable trips. Both kids loved it, and our elder son liked the property so much that he didn’t want to go home. We were impressed enough to extend our stay, even though we hadn’t planned to. After extending, we still found it hard to believe how wonderful and beautiful the place was. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a thoughtful design and plenty of room for the kids to move around. We came home with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. It’s an excellent choice for families with young children, and highly recommended.
