The Masala Chai was a particular favorite, and the food was delicious. Staff were polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay at The Majestic Hotel. My room was spacious, well kept, and had all the facilities I needed. A really comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Shillong.

Getting here was easy since the hotel is close to the main road, and I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, with large tidy bathrooms. The food is good, though service can take a little while. Room service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it.

The staff at Hotel Majestic, Shillong were courteous, disciplined, and helpful, and room service was quick and efficient. My family and I stayed for a day in December 2025. The room was clean and well maintained, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. We had a comfortable, satisfying visit. Thanks to the Majestic team for the warm hospitality.

The building doesn’t make much of an impression from outside, but the rooms are very good, like those at a “4.5 star” property. Service is good too. I’d highly recommend it.
