We were eight family members and stayed on October 17 and 18. My brother-in-law, Devendra yadav, booked two rooms under Mr Devendra yadav, and I have the money transfer receipt and photos of my family as proof. The owner is calling this a fake review, but should check that booking. You can't keep fooling people like this. The rooms we got were at the back, with no balconies, even though the Google pictures show front rooms with balconies. The beds were tiny. I'm 5 ft 11 inches and could barely sleep on one, and two people would have trouble fitting. The kitchen was supposedly available, but it was locked most of the time. The bathrooms smelled foul and seemed poorly cleaned. This was a fraudulent homestay experience for us. Stay away, or you may regret it like I did.

It's in a residential area, away from the city noise, with NEHU only a few hundred metres away and Shillong center about 4km from the homestay. I've stayed here several times now, and I'm grateful for the hospitality and care I've received.

The host was so kind that he got up early to make breakfast for us and made sure we ate before heading out. The rooms were very neat, and the washrooms were especially clean and had all the basics we needed. Worth every penny!

Jorain really made the stay for me. He's a nice person and got us what we needed, no matter the time. The staff can help guide you from pickup through drop-off. The separate guest house has lovely rooms, views, and ambiance, making it a good fit for family or friends. I'll choose this property whenever I visit Shillong.
