We had trouble finding the place because Google Maps may mislead you. We contacted them on WhatsApp instead, and they came to get us by cab. The best parts were the room service, how they treated us, and the very good quality of the food service.

Sanjay Das, the hotel manager, and the driver Pinaki das took the full payment for the stay and car, then didn't take us anywhere. It felt like daylight robbery. The food was also very bad, but they served it without our agreement and added it to the bill. They say one thing, then make excuses when it's time to deliver, and don't refund the money. They're frauds, cheaters, and liars. The hotel is far from the center and Police Bazar, so getting to other places is difficult and transport costs more to reach any proper destination. Beware of these two. Never check in here or hire a car from them.

The map route takes you along narrow, steep roads, and the host wasn't helpful with directions. He admitted he was overbooked only after we'd struggled to get there. We were moved to a place under construction, so we booked somewhere else for the second night and checked out. We lost money as a result.
