Shaurya Inn is in the heart of Shillong, and we've stayed here many times when we come to the city. The staff are all very well behaved, especially receptionist Vicky Upadyaya. We find the stay really comfortable, and this has been our best hotel experience in Shillong.

The staff were polite and cooperative, and I found the rooms clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Shaurya Inn and would recommend it.

The rooms were good, and the location puts you right in the heart of the city. The service and hospitality were good all around. Manager Vicky was especially helpful and decent. Thanks for looking after us.

The staff were helpful, carrying our luggage from a distance and providing an electric kettle. The location is good, though cabs can't enter because it's in a market area. Our room had three beds but was quite small, with barely enough room for our luggage. It also wasn't well maintained: the bathroom locks were broken and the blanket covers were dirty.

My mood was completely ruined by the time I left. The manager was disrespectful at checkout, behaved badly with customers, and wasn't helpful. This was a horrible stay, and I would never come back or suggest that anyone stay here.
