Bridge View Regency

Mr. Rajesh Verma was especially helpful and cooperative throughout our stay, and his professionalism made everything go smoothly. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well kept, and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were courteous, and the service and hospitality exceeded what we expected. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bridge View Regency and would gladly return. Highly recommended for a visit to the area.

We had a great time at Café Pyramid. It has a lovely atmosphere and is a fun place to party at night. Our standard room also had a fantastic view of Mall Road, which made the stay feel special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room service and ambience were excellent. Sourav,Arjun and Rahul were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help us feel comfortable. The service was very good, and their hospitality stood out. A memorable stay at Bridge View Regency, Shimla. I’d love to come back.

The view rooms are the best, and the female staff and housekeeping team were really good. At reception, Mr. Naresh and the main person with glasses, I think Mr Rajesh or Mr Lalit, were kind and professional. We’d love to come back. Breakfast at pyramid was nice, and saurabh, dinesh and the other breakfast staff gave very good service. We liked the menu, though there weren’t any protein options among the vegetarian dishes, so that could be added. When we booked the room through countee at 2 pm on 8th nov, someone at reception had promised an English breakfast with waffles and pancakes, but what we got was North Indian breakfast instead. We still enjoyed it. The food from pyramid was lovely, but the app kept having problems and needs improvement. Staff were supportive in helping with the app issues.

Getting around was easy, and having a lift was a real relief. The location is great for Mall Road, The Ridge, and Jhaku Mandir. On the downside, the bathroom was small, the bedsheet was torn, and housekeeping needs to do better. The DJ music until 11 was disturbing.
