Classio Suites by OYO Rooms

The towels, bedsheets, and blanket were very dirty, and the service was poor. Taps in the washroom leaked or didn't work. The night lamp and tube lights were in terrible condition too. The worst hotel I've seen. I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

The manager at reception was very rude. There was no hot water, shower, jet spray, or flush, and the washbasin leaked. The room had poor lighting, no WiFi, no phone, and no restaurant. Goibibo showed fake photos and amenities. When I complained, the manager said I should have checked the room before checking in.

I stayed two days with my senior citizen parents and had two rooms. The rooms were spacious and newly built, but the food was awful. We had one dinner and one breakfast, and there was no service. In both rooms the extensions didn't work, one AC remote was faulty, and one room had no towel. I asked five or six times before one towel arrived. There were no bins either, though they brought them after two requests. I asked for one room to be changed; they promised it for the evening, but nothing happened that night. They only found another room in the morning as I was leaving for Aurangabad, and I had no time to move. I didn't make a scene because of my parents. Please don't dismiss this as a bad day: the problems lasted through the two-day stay, and management only gave empty assurances. I had to walk down five floors to reception several times because the elevator display was faulty. They also didn't clean the rooms on the second day. I can't see my review on OYO, either. I don't recommend this place at all.

This was a frustrating stay because the staff wouldn't let us check in despite having a booking. They said Oyo reservations had to be pay-at-hotel. Shivam Gupta later offered us a room but told us to seek a refund from Oyo, and was rude throughout. Their behavior was unhelpful and disrespectful.
