There was no lift, the TV didn't work, and hot water was available only until 9 am. We visited during 24-26 january. Men staying on the hotel premises offered us a free ride to sai baba temple, but they dropped us at their prasad shop and pressured us to buy expensive prasad there. When we refused, they misbehaved and charged an auto fare they had said would be free. The hotel staff stayed neutral and said those men weren't hotel staff. If they didn't belong there, why were they allowed on the premises? One of the worst hotels.

The room was dusty throughout, and its only window was filthy and wouldn't open. The bed linen was dirty too. I asked the attendant several times to change it, but it wasn't replaced until 4:00 PM, hours after I checked in around 12:22 PM. The delay added to the frustration and left me choosing between tolerating the room to explore Shirdi or canceling and wasting time looking for somewhere else. At about ₹2400 for 48 hours, the room was a disaster and worth no more than ₹250-₹300 to me, with zero facilities. I had expected something decent based on its high room design ratings, but the actual stay was the worst I've had. The bathroom was deplorable: the toilet was filthy, there was no shower, just an old bucket, the mirror was broken, it smelled terrible, and there was no exhaust fan. This hotel sai varsha spoiled an otherwise fantastic Shirdi experience. Avoid it at all costs. If you stay here, you might end up writing the same kind of review.

Cheap room price and a good location make this a nice place for a quick stop before darshan. The room and bathroom were clean.

The photos and actual rooms are very different, and the room and bedsheets were dirty. The owners don't seem concerned about guests' comfort. We booked a 4 bedroom online, but it wasn't available when we arrived. They take online bookings, then give the rooms to whoever pays the most. Avoid this place unless you have nowhere else to go.
